A data source is a document or web page SiteCompanion uses to train your bots. One web page or one PDF is considered a data source. A sitemap can contain multiple web pages, one of each will count as a data source to your plans limits.

A user's message to your chatbot is counted as one incoming message. This can be a question to which your bot answers, or a short message to which no valid answer is given. Every incoming messages results in a response from your chatbot. Bot responses do not count to your monthly quota.

As soon as your monthly messages limit is reached, your bot will stop responding to questions. This limit is reset each first day of the month and can be increased by upgrading to a higher plan.

When you reach your data source limit, SiteCompanion will simply stop processing data sources you upload. This means the data will not be included in your bot's knowledge.

Yes. SiteCompanion uses Stripe, a widely trusted payment service provider, to handle payments. No credit card details are stored on our end.

Our free trial allows you to benefit from our advanced plan's features for three days. No creditcard is needed. If you have not subscribed after your free trial ends, you'll automatically be subscribed to our free plan.
